Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Does the price include a action or bandwidth limit?
Admin Helper does not limit the number of actions on your project. However Procore works with rate limiting, allowing up to 3,600 actions per hour, which cannot be bypassed. This rate limiting applies to each user across companies, or to the service account per company.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We do not offer free trial at this stage, but contact us to see it in action in your project.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is usually via invoice with NET-30 terms.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a monthly money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not happy with our product, contact support for a full refund.
I have a larger organization and the number of users seem low, what can you do?
Let's discuss - we limit the number of users on purpose in order to make sure only the right ones are empowered. However we can increase the number of users doing only exports.
I have functional needs that I don't see in the listed features - can you accomodate them?
