What is Construction Admin Helper?
Construction Admin Helper is a specialized productivity tool for Procore Admins. We complement the Procore platform by making bulk actions simple, comprehensive, and reliable - especially for tools where Procore natively lacks mass update or creation capabilities.

Our platform is designed for Procore power users and administrators. Whether you are a solo admin managing one project or an enterprise team overseeing multiple companies and global portfolios, we help you significantly reduce manual data entry.
What makes Construction Admin Helper unique compared to Procore Imports?
Unlike Procore Imports, we support all Custom Fields, allow mass creation & mass updates of items, and provide cross-company functionalities for replication of configurations like inspection templates, fieldsets and permission sets. Our export/import templates also guide the users with clear formatting, drop-down lists of possible values, and all existing items.

Capabilities

Which Procore tools are supported for bulk exports/imports?
We currently support all Correspondence tools, Submittals, Inspections, Observations, and Punch items. Explore our Bulk Actions Overview to learn more. We also offer advanced actions for Meetings (attendees), Documents (file list extraction), and Location hierarchies.
How does the Smart Bulk Export/Import work?
You download a project-specific Excel file that includes all existing items, your complete data model, and integrated drop-down lists. You modify or add data in Excel and re-upload it. Learn how we manage these files in our Import Process guide.
Can I use Construction Admin Helper for portfolio management?
Yes. You can bulk update project master data, manage tool activation across multiple projects, and extract configuration details (like fieldsets or inspection templates) across your entire selection of tools and projects.

Pricing & Billing

Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Does the price include an action or bandwidth limit?
Admin Helper does not limit the number of actions on your project. However, Procore enforces rate limiting (up to 3,600 actions per hour), which applies to each user or service account and cannot be bypassed.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We do not offer a free trial, but you can contact us to see a live demo within your project environment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is usually processed via invoice with NET-30 terms.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a monthly money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not happy with our product, contact support for a refund.
What if the number of users in the tiers seems too low for my organization?
We limit 'Import' users for security. We can discuss increasing 'Export' (read-only) rights. See our Export-Only Mode for details.

Security & Permissions

Do you store my Procore business data?
No. Your project data is processed in memory and never stored. We only keep activity logs for 12 months. See our Privacy Policy.
How are permissions managed?
We mirror Procore's permission model. If you are not an Admin of a tool in Procore, you cannot modify it in our app. Read more on Access & Permissions.
Can I audit the actions performed through the app?
Yes. For every bulk action, a log report is automatically emailed to the user. Learn more about Automated Notifications.

Technical Support

How do I log in?
Access is nominative via Procore SSO. Follow our Step-by-step Login Guide.
How can I get help or report an issue?
We offer dedicated support via email. If you encounter an error, check our Bug Management process.
How can I add other users or Procore instances?
Modification of users & Procore instances is done centrally by support. Please contact us directly if any change is required.
Can I use a Service Account?
