Tailored custom solutions and advanced actions for specific Procore data management needs.

While Construction Admin Helper provides a wide range of self-service tools, your projects may occasionally require advanced data manipulation that is not covered by the standard application features. Our team can provide specialized services to address these complex needs through custom API scripts.

1 - Tailored API Solutions

Sometimes Procore’s native interface or standard bulk tools are insufficient for specific maintenance tasks or massive data migrations. Our team can develop and execute dedicated scripts to perform advanced actions directly via the Procore API.

These services are handled outside the standard subscription and are subject to separate billing based on the complexity, volume, and recurrence of the task.

2 - Examples of Custom Actions

Here are some examples of what we can achieve through custom services:

  • Observations: Mass updating distribution lists across hundreds of items.
  • Submittals:
    • Mass updating workflow participants, workflow step durations, replacing workflows entirely.
    • Creating new revisions for submittals in bulk.
    • Initializing long lists of Submittal Packages or Spec Sections.
  • Daily Logs: Mass importing historical data.

3 - Service Request Process

To request a quote or inquire about a specific custom action, please email support@constructionadminhelper.com with the following details:

  1. Objective: A clear and detailed explanation of what you need to achieve.
  2. Scope: Estimated volume of records (e.g., “5,000 submittals”) per project.
  3. Recurrence: Specify if this is a one-time “cleanup” or a task that will need to be repeated (e.g., monthly).
  4. Concrete Example: Attach a sample of the source data or a screenshot illustrating the current state vs. the desired result.

4 - Technical & Commercial Terms

Quoting

Every request is analyzed to determine if existing logic can be reused or if a new script must be developed. We will provide a formal quote based on the estimated time.

Project Access

To perform these manual or semi-automated interventions, our team will require temporary access to your Procore environment:

  • An authorized user account must be created for our team.
  • This account must have the necessary permissions (often Admin level) on the specific tools and projects requiring modification.
  • Access can be revoked immediately once the service is successfully completed.
