How to login?
Step-by-step guide to accessing Construction Admin Helper.
Accessing Construction Admin Helper is designed to be seamless and secure. Since the application integrates directly with Procore, there are no additional credentials to remember.

1 - Login Process
The application is exclusively accessible at the following URL: https://app.constructionadminhelper.com
- Navigate to the URL
- Click the Login button
- You will be redirected to the official Procore Login page - enter your Procore credentials (if you are already connected to Procore in another tab, this step will be automatic)
- Once authenticated, you will be redirected back to the application
- First-time Login: You will be required to review and accept our Privacy Policy before accessing the app
2 - Prerequisites for Access
To successfully log in, you must meet two conditions:
- Active Procore Account: You must have a valid and active account on the Procore platform.
- Whitelisted Access: You must be registered as an authorized user within the Construction Admin Helper database for one or more specific Procore instances (Companies).
[NOTE] Technical Service Account: You cannot log in directly using the “Service Account” (Technical User). You must always use your personal Procore user account. For more information on how the service account works in the background, see Technical User Information.
3 - Permissions & Access Levels
Your capabilities within the app are determined by a combination of three factors:
- Your Procore Permissions: You cannot perform actions in the app that you are not allowed to do directly in Procore.
- App User Status: Your specific role assigned within Construction Admin Helper.
- Subscription Level: The features available to your Procore instance based on the current subscription plan to Construction Admin Helper.

4 - Session Management
For security purposes, your session is tied to your Procore Authentication Token.
- Automatic Logout: When your Procore token expires, you will be automatically logged out of Construction Admin Helper and redirected to the initial login page.
- Re-authentication: Simply click “Login” again to refresh your session (you may need to refresh the page as well).
5 - User Management & Support
Users cannot add, modify, or delete other users within the application interface. All user management is handled centrally to ensure security.
- Requesting Access: To add a new user or modify existing access, please send a request to support@constructionadminhelper.com.
- Troubleshooting: If you cannot log in:
- Verify that you can log in to Procore directly.
- Ensure you have provided the right email (same as the Procore login one)
- Contact support to verify that your email is correctly entered in our system.
6 - Important: Responsibility & Bulk Actions
Construction Admin Helper is a high-leverage tool designed for Bulk Modifications.
While the app respects Procore’s underlying permission logic, the ability to modify hundreds of items (Observations, Punch Items, Inspections, etc.) in a single click carries significant responsibility. A mistake made in bulk can have a large-scale impact on your project data.
Target Audience: Because of this power, access is generally restricted to a limited population of Main Administrators / Power Users. We encourage in any case all users to double-check their import files before processing any bulk updates.
