History & Statistics

Information regarding historical logs, action tracking, and available usage statistics.

While Construction Admin Helper focuses on real-time bulk actions, we maintain a background traceability system only for security and auditing purposes.

1 - User Access to History

The application features a public dashboard where users can browse their historical actions and re-download previous log files. Users cannot replay past events or download past output files. This design is intentional to ensure data privacy and because output Excel outputs are not stored on our servers after the action is completed and the notification email is sent. Your primary record of any action remains the Automated Notification Email sent to your inbox.

2 - Data Retention Policy

Although files are not stored, technical logs for every action are preserved to ensure accountability:

  • Traceability: These logs capture who performed the action, which project & tool was affected, the timestamp, and the volume of items processed.
  • Debug & Audit: These records are used by our technical team for debugging / auditing purposes.

3 - Available Statistics

We can produce aggregated annual or periodic statistics for account managers or company administrators upon request. These statistics typically include:

  • Action Volume: The total number of exports and imports performed.
  • User Activity: Breakdown of actions by user.
  • Item Impact: Total count of items (Observations, Punch Items, etc.) created or updated.
  • Success Rates: Aggregated data on successful vs. failed validation attempts.
